The teacher stays up to date with elementary curriculum content, effectively planning engaging instruction, assessing student growth, and monitoring understanding. The teacher establishes a positive, welcoming, and well-managed classroom environment while maintaining clear, supportive communication with young learners. Using age-appropriate instructional techniques, the teacher continually evaluates and refines teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
