An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum. The Leave Replacement Teacher will be teaching third grade, collaborating with our third grade team to help all students grow and enjoy learning. Come join a dedicated, supportive, and caring staff. - Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with the provisions of the
BOE/FTEA
collective bargaining agreement, the salary range for this position in the 26/27 SY is Step 1 BA/BS ($68,023) - Step 18 PhD/EdD ($99,380), prorated. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.

ANNUAL EVALUATION
