School Year Description:
Willingboro Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Gifted & Talented Teacher to provide enriched, accelerated, and differentiated instruction for identified K�5 students. The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and advanced academic growth while ensuring equitable access to gifted services for all learners.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Valid New Jersey Standard Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility as an Elementary School Teacher Demonstrated knowledge of gifted education, enrichment strategies, and differentiation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning Required criminal history background check and physical
Preferred:
Certificate in Gifted Education (NJ or equivalent) Experience teaching gifted or high-achieving students Training in UDL, project-based learning, or
STEM/STEAM
enrichment Familiarity with NJDOE gifted regulations and best practices
Job Summary:
Deliver enrichment Instruction that extends beyond grade-level standards and promotes higher-order thinking Differentiate learning to meet the needs of advanced and high-potential students Develop curriculum aligned to NJ Student Learning Standards and district G&T goals Assess student growth using performance tasks, portfolios, and multiple measures Collaborate with Teachers to support classroom differentiation and enrichment Provide instructional support in classrooms across the department to support learners Communicate with families regarding student progress and program expectations Support equitable identification in alignment with

$61,602.00 - $101,511.00
