Position Summary Bailey Charter School (BCES) is seeking passionate and effective elementary teachers to join our small charter school community. Responsibilities

• Deliver standards-based instruction in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies
• Align instruction to Nevada Academic Content Standards (NVACS)
• Use assessment data to monitor progress and guide instruction
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment aligned with schoolwide expectations (Be Kind to Self, Others, and the School Community/Environment)
• Implement classroom management and PBIS practices
• Communicate regularly with families
• Participate in collaboration, professional development, and school activities
• Support the mission and values of Bailey Charter School ("Where Your Child Belongs") Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Nevada Department of Education Teaching License (Elementary) or eligibility
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Ability to pass required background checks Preferred Qualifications
• Experience teaching primary (PreK-2) and/or intermediate grades (3rd-6th grade)
• Charter school experience
