Responsibilities Design and implement rigorous, standards-aligned lessons in core subjects for elementary students. Create a structured, joyful, and safe classroom environment with strong behavior management systems. Use assessments and student data to differentiate instruction and track progress toward goals. Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional coaches to refine practice and curriculum. Communicate regularly with families about student progress and school expectations. Support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and accommodations in partnership with support staff. Participate in ongoing professional development, observations, and feedback cycles. Contribute to school-wide events, duties, and a mission-driven, equity-focused culture.
