: Bachelor $54,308.70; Master $59,847.63 PLUS

NYS Certification Grades 1-6 Bachelor Degree Master Degree preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, analyze and disseminate assessment data in all subject areas Interpret reading assessments to plan for and choose appropriate forms of interventions to help remediate the difficulties Conduct on-going formal and informal assessments to monitor progress of students Work with grade level teachers to develop strategies to maximize student performance and progress Design and utilize lesson plans using smart board technology Develop student's cognitive capacity and respect for learning Plan for and guides the learning process to help students achieve program objectives Implement useful diagnostic and progress assessment measures Take part in Data Team Meetings Engages in professional growth activities through an ongoing program of job related knowledge and skill development Responsible for the development of yearly personal and program goals Maintain required records and reports to document growth and development throughout the year and share with the staff Assist the Principal on additional projects as requested including any other activities that will be helpful for the success of the school
