Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual student development and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, Montessori methods, behavior management, and education administration. Skills Proven classroom experience with elementary-aged students across various grade levels. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and administration. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional strategies for early childhood education. Ability to manage classroom behavior proactively while fostering a nurturing environment. Proficiency in working with learning technology platforms and integrating digital tools into daily lessons.
