Requirements Proven experience teaching young children in a classroom setting, preferably within early childhood or elementary education environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, learning styles adaptability, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation across core subjects such as literacy and math. Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those with autism or requiring special education services. Proficiency in educational technology integration and learning technology tools to enhance instruction. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team engagement. Ability to analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies and monitor progress effectively. Knowledge of educational compliance standards, standardized testing procedures, and early intervention practices. Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues, work collaboratively within a team of educators, and contribute positively to school culture. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or elementary teaching credentials are highly preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.
