We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and student-centered K-6 Elementary Teacher who is committed to creating a classroom where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported. The ideal candidate is an engaging educator who builds strong relationships, maintains high expectations and uses effective instruction and data to help every student succeed. What You'll Do Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that inspires curiosity and academic growth. Create a safe, structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and abilities of students. Monitor student progress and use assessment data to strengthen instruction and address learning gaps. Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Maintain effective classroom management and high expectations for achievement and behavior. Collaborate with colleagues to support student success and school-wide initiatives. Maintain accurate student records, grades, attendance, and required documentation. Participate in professional development, school activities, and continuous improvement efforts. Serve as a positive role model and contribute to a strong, student-focused school culture. What We're Looking For Valid Ohio teaching license appropriate for the assigned grade level. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Strong instructional, classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional improvement. Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations. Passion for helping elementary students discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
