Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and ABA. Manage crisis situations with effective intervention techniques to ensure client safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing patient care across settings. Engage in clinical research to improve outcomes and stay current with best practices. Qualifications include a relevant degree, licensure, experience with diverse populations, and strong crisis management skills.
