An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Job Description
- Create an engaging classroom where students can explore, question, and discover.
- Design hands-on lessons that build foundational academic skills and support student success.
- Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
- Support each student's social, emotional, and academic growth. Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- Bachelors degree from accredited college or university required.
- Valid Ohio state teaching license with Kindergarten or Elementary Education endorsement required.
- Prior teaching experience in a licensed school or educational setting preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday
- A passion for education and helping students learn and grow.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Signing Bonus:
This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,000; paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $500 after 60 days of employment, $500 after 90 days of of employment and $500 after 120 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
