Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lesson plans and instructional activities in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration. Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive classroom experience.

Qualifications:

Ohio Substitute Teaching License or willingness to obtain one. Strong classroom management skills and a positive attitude.
