Full Job Description Curriculum Development and Instruction:

Designing and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons that cover various literary genres, grammar, vocabulary, and composition.

Reading and Writing Instruction:

Teaching students how to analyze texts, develop their writing skills (including grammar, vocabulary, and style), and improve their comprehension.

Classroom Management:

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a love for language and literature.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assessing student progress through various methods (tests, projects, presentations, etc.), providing constructive feedback, and tracking student development.

Collaboration and Communication:

Working with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning, share best practices, and address student needs.

Fostering Critical Thinking:

Encouraging students to think critically about texts, develop their own interpretations, and analyze information effectively
