2026-2027 Position Overview Liberty Education Solutions is currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Bethlehem, PA. This is a full-time, permanent position . We are looking for an educator who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging classroom where young learners can build strong academic, social, and emotional foundations. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will have the opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative school environment. Key Responsibilities Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to kindergarten students Develop lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments aligned with Pennsylvania academic standards Create a welcoming, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Support students in developing foundational skills in reading, writing, math, and other core subject areas Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students Foster students' social-emotional development, independence, and positive classroom behaviors Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and academic progress Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification appropriate for Kindergarten/Early Childhood Education Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and support staff Commitment to student growth and continuous professional development New graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Full-time, permanent position Supportive and collaborative school environment Opportunities for professional development and growth Competitive compensation and benefits, if applicable Opportunity to make a meaningful impact during an important stage of students' academic and personal development
