An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working in a private school, daycare, or preschool setting
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
