The Role:
Upper Elementary Lead Teacher (Grades 45) As our Upper Elementary Lead Teacher, you will: Lead a Montessori classroom with the support of an instructional assistant Design and implement an authentic Montessori curriculum Guide students academically, socially, and emotionally Partner closely with families Collaborate with colleagues to continuously refine practice Engage in ongoing Montessori professional growth This is a leadership role within a highly engaged and supportive faculty team.
