An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Our toddler program consists of 10-11 children, aged 18 months to 3 years old. Our program values respect for the child, thoughtful classroom environments, and authentic connection. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love of early childhood education. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who is seeking a supportive school culture, meaningful work, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team where their contributions are truly valued. We are looking for a teacher that is:

Qualifications:
  • Montessori experience preferred
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willing to do background check
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
  • Punctual and professional
  • Ability to work as part of a team
