This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, values hands‑on learning, and can create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver daily lessons Create a safe, nurturing classroom that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior. Support social-emotional development through modeling, guided practice, and conflict‑resolution strategies. Observe and assess student progress; maintain accurate records and adjust instruction as needed. Communicate regularly with families through conferences, messages, and classroom updates. Collaborate with staff on curriculum planning, school events, and professional development. Maintain organized learning centers, materials, and visual displays.
