Montessori Certified Lead Teacher (AMI or AMS) Due to continued growth, our school is expanding, and we are seeking a Montessori-certified Lead Teacher (AMI or AMS) to join our dedicated teaching team. We are looking for passionate, caring, and self-motivated educators who are committed to the Montessori philosophy and eager to make a lasting impact in the lives of children. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is capable of leading and managing all aspects of a Montessori classroom.

Qualifications:

Montessori Certification (AMI or AMS) Strong understanding of and commitment to Montessori principles Experience in a lead teaching role is preferred Excellent classroom management and organizational skills Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and prepared environment for children

Responsibilities:

Implement the Montessori curriculum in alignment with school standards Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture Guide children in their development of independence, self-discipline, and love of learning Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
