Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person Virginia-certified elementary teacher to homeschool a 5 year old boy at his home in Gordonsville, VA 22942 northeast of Charlottesville. This is a great opportunity for the right teacher: a part-time morning position teaching just one student Monday-Thursday mornings from 8:30am-12:30pm that pays $65/hour ($1,040/week) . Looking for an elementary teacher who is calm, even-tempered, patient and understanding. The right teacher will be able to teach all core subjects from kindergarten through 4th grade. (The parents are willing to collaborate with the teacher about which curriculum is used, but it will align with state standards.) The additional ability to teach and speak Spanish is plus, but not required. Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor's degree, Virginia state teacher certification, and at least four years of classroom teaching experience working with early elementary-aged children.
