Position Overview:

We're seeking Kindergarten After School Teachers to lead a variety of extracurricular classes for students in Kindergarten. This flexible role is perfect for individuals passionate about inspiring students in an engaging, fast-paced environment. Monday

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general classroom management, including setting up lesson materials, managing supplies, and facilitating activities. Help supervise students during classroom time, snack, homework, recess, and transitions between activities. Support individual or small groups of students with tasks or projects, ensuring all learners are engaged and included. Assist with classroom setup and cleanup before and after each session. Monitor student behavior and help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment. Communicate promptly with lead instructors and site coordinators about any student or classroom needs. Step in to provide coverage or additional supervision in the event of teacher absence or high student needs.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities. Reliable, punctual, and collaborative team player.
