This position is primarily for middle school; however, qualified elementary teachers with an interest in working with middle school students are encouraged to apply. Our school serves students who benefit from small class sizes, structured environments, and relationship-based instruction. Faculty work closely as a team to support students' academic and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver differentiated instruction based on student needs
• Establish a structured, predictable classroom environment
• Maintain clear expectations, routines, and boundaries
• Support students' social-emotional development
• Collaborate with colleagues, clinicians, families, and districts
