About BCA Bellevue Children's Academy (BCA) is a private school serving students in Preschool through 4th grade. Specifically, we are looking for educators who: Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (master's preferred) Have prior K-4 classroom experience, including the ability to deliver or step into established lesson plans Hold or are working toward teacher certification; subject-area endorsements are a plus Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Are collaborative, reflective, and committed to professional growth Additional Requirements Certification in child CPR (or willingness to become certified) STARS training (annual 10-hour certificate) Negative TB test documentation Two written professional references Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to lift 50 lbs Compensation Full-time positions: $60,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience Part-time / substitute positions: starting at $25.00/hour Full-time positions include a full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, employee assistance program, and professional development support.
