Description:
Plans, implements and assesses student learning experiences. Helps students make appropriate choices and grow academically. Facilitates parental involvement. This position is located at Howard Elementary School for either Kindergarten or Grade 1. Start date is August 17, 2026. The Howard-Suamico School District offers highly desirable benefits as part of our total compensation package.

Leave time including 10 days of PTO eligible for potential monetary payout as well as four paid Holidays. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Licensure and certification by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in Elementary Education or Early Childhood, including Kindergarten level. Successful completion of student teaching experience. Knowledge of current educational methodology and practices. Experience in or knowledge of: Viable candidates will have a strong literacy and math background, be willing to teach in a 1:1 iPad environment, be an active member of the school community and grade level team, be able to create a positive and supportive classroom community, be organized and efficient, and to facilitate the district and school's mission to develop 21st Century Learners.
