Part-time Position Overview Quick Logistics is seeking an experienced Executive English Fluency Coach to provide personalized, one-on-one instruction to a company executive with an intermediate level of English. The primary goal is to improve conversational fluency, listening comprehension, professional vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence in business settings. The program will focus on practical communication in real workplace situations, including meetings, phone calls, presentations, negotiations, emails, and conversations with clients and business partners. Key Responsibilities Assess the executive's current English level and communication needs. Develop a personalized, results-oriented learning plan. Conduct one-on-one conversational English sessions. Improve fluency, listening comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and professional communication. Practice real business situations such as meetings, calls, presentations, and negotiations. Incorporate terminology related to logistics, transportation, and business. Track progress and provide regular feedback. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information. Qualifications Advanced professional proficiency in English, equivalent to C1 or C2. Excellent verbal communication and strong command of Business English. Experience teaching Business English, Executive English, or conversational English to adults. Experience helping intermediate-level professionals improve fluency and confidence. Availability to work on-site in Miami for approximately four hours per day. Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills. Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification. Experience with conversational or immersion-based teaching methods. Familiarity with corporate, logistics, or transportation terminology.
