The department is home to the disciplines of communication, humanities, journalism, philosophy, religious studies, and world languages, including American Sign Language. Our cadre of highly accomplished faculty not only prepare students for proficiency in their prospective fields, but also to be effective and engaged citizens who think critically. Position Description Perimeter College is seeking part-time instructors in Journalism who will play a key role in educating and supporting students. Required Experience None specified.

Required Education Applicants must have:

A minimum of a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) in Journalism.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience Teaching experience preferred:

In the face-to-face and asynchronous on-line classrooms. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to teach Journalism at the collegiate level
• Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods
