Job Description

Description Springfield College is accepting applications for part-time instructors in College Writing (our first-year writing sequence) for openings beginning September. Compensation for adjunct faculty with fewer than 3 years college teaching experience is $2820 for a 3-credit course Compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a 3-credit course. Qualifications Requirements include a minimum of a Master's Degree in English/Composition or a related field. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and demonstrated creativity and flexibility. Must reside in one of the following states:
MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, FL
This position will remain open for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters.
