Baker College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty person to teach Communications for our Running Start Program at Eton Academy Birmingham, Michigan. Our Running Start program is tailored for students who are eager to get a "running start" on their college and career goals. Join the dedicated team at Baker College to support our high school students! The Running Start class will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM.
A Master's degree in English, literature, composition, rhetoric, writing, or a related subfield (journalism or MFA in creative writing) is required, or any Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in English, literature, composition, rhetoric, writing, or written communications. A Doctorate degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience working in higher education, particularly in teaching and curriculum design. Proficiency with learning management systems, especially Canvas, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, video conferencing tools, and general internet use, is essential.
