Administrative duties such as maintaining spreadsheets and lists. 2. Making documents accessible. 3. Maintaining bulletin boards. 4. Updating department website and marketing materials. Minimum Qualifications 1. Student must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours to qualify in Spring or Fall semester. 2. Ability to follow directions and ask questions when needed. 3. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. 4. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues and to develop effective working relationships with students and staff. Preferred Qualifications 1. Students with an interest in creative writing, English literature, or artistic fields may enjoy the work. 2. Office experience, such as knowledge of MS Word and Excel, is a plus.
