Part time Job Summary EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL/ELL Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting English Language Learners, providing high-quality language instruction, and creating an engaging classroom environment that helps students build confidence and achieve academic success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Provide English language instruction to multilingual learners/English Language Learners (ELLs). Assess students' English proficiency levels and monitor progress. Collaborate with general education teachers to support student learning. Differentiate instruction based on students' language proficiency levels. Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data. Participate in IEP, 504, or student support meetings when needed. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications TESOL, ESL, EL, or ELL endorsement/certification. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field. Strong knowledge of language acquisition strategies. Experience teaching English Language Learners (ELLs). Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse students. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
