Job Summary
TAZEWELL-MASON COUNTIES SPECIAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION HAS AN OPENING FOR A FULL-TIME TEACHER OF THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED. THE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE WITH THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR. WORK HOURS ARE FROM 8
00AM TO 3:30PM.
APPROPRIATE ISBE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR LICENSE WITH AN ENDORSEMENT AS A TEACHER OF STUDENTS WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED IS REQUIRED. SALARY IS COMMENSURATE WITH EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND RANGES FROM
$50,050-$85,510 (INCLUDING TRS)
FOR 180 DAYS BASED ON THE SALARY SCHEDULE IN THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.

$50,050.00 - $85,510.00 per year
