Part time Job Summary EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL/ELL Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting English Language Learners, providing high-quality language instruction, and creating an engaging classroom environment that helps students build confidence and achieve academic success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards and language acquisition goals. Provide direct English language instruction to English Language Learners (ELLs) in grades K-5. Assess students' English language proficiency and monitor their academic and language development. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support students' access to grade-level curriculum. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse linguistic, cultural, and academic needs of students. Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and required documentation. Participate in student support meetings, professional development activities, and school-wide initiatives. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment. Qualifications Valid state teaching license/certification with an ESL/ELL endorsement (or eligibility to obtain certification). Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, ESL, Linguistics, or a related field. Knowledge of second-language acquisition and instructional strategies for English Language Learners. Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills. Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
