Immediately Job Description Old Rochester Regional School District is currently seeking an English Teacher at our Junior High School for Grade 8.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and various community agencies for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes, developing solutions, and planning curriculum.
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging instruction.
- Promote educational equity for all students.
- Maintain classroom management .
- Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement.
- Provide rigorous instruction aligned with the MA Common Core Practices and Standards.
