We specialize in fostering effective communication and understanding between students, parents, and educators. Our mission is to promote educational equity and support the academic success of all students. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role (5 hours per week) for an English Second Language Instructor. The role is based in the Baltimore. The instructor will be responsible for teaching English to non-English speaking students, developing and implementing effective curriculum, and using various strategies to improve students' language skills. Tasks include planning lessons, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and offering support to adult students and their families. Qualifications English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills Strong Teaching experience Skills in understanding of Linguistics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus Intermediate Spanish level required
