Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Teach English language arts, including reading, writing, literature, and grammar. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Foster a love for literature and writing through creative assignments and projects. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Valid teaching certification in English language arts or equivalent. Proven experience teaching English at the middle or high school level. Strong knowledge of English language arts curriculum and instructional strategies.
