POSITION SUMMARY
The Teacher will support students academically in a structured and supportive environment. This role works closely with a culturally diverse team and supports students who are adapting to English-language education while maintaining Japanese academic standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver classroom instruction aligned with the schools curriculum Support students transitioning from Japan to the U.S. education system Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration Assist with student academic progress and classroom management Support school programs and activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Native-level Japanese language ability required Teaching experience preferred (K 12 or supplemental education) Experience working with international or bilingual students strongly preferred Familiarity with Japanese educational standards is a plus Experience assisting with E-2 visa-related documentation is highly desirable Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Starting salary up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience Full-time positions available Immediate hiring
