Qualifications and Experience:

Licensure or certification in general education and English (as required by state regulations) Background in English Language Learning instruction Experience as a foreign language interpreter a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassion for diverse student populations and a commitment to educational equity

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging lesson plans to support language acquisition and academic achievement for English language learners Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs Act as a language resource, supporting communication between students, staff, and families as needed Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress Encourage cultural awareness within the classroom Create a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere This contract position offers an engaging, full-time role where youll positively impact the lives of students and their families.
