Job Description

English Language Arts (ELA) Instructor - Middle & High School (2026-2027 School Year)About the Role Help students become confident readers, writers, communicators, and critical thinkers. LogiQminds is seeking passionate High School ELA Instructors to lead small-group, personalized learning sessions during the 2026-2027 school year . Using LogiQminds' proprietary diagnostic and learning framework, you'll identify each student's strengths and learning gaps, create targeted learning plans, and help students build lasting confidence and academic success. Classes meet once a week per grade for approximately two hours in a collaborative, small-group environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct student diagnostics using the LogiQminds assessment framework. Develop individualized learning plans based on each student's needs. Teach engaging small-group ELA classes focused on reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills. Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Foster confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Collaborate with the Founder and academic team to continuously improve curriculum and instructional strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Education or related field preferred). Prior experience teaching Middle School or High School English Language Arts. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for mentoring and inspiring young learners. Ability to personalize instruction for students with different learning levels. Reliable, patient, energetic, and growth-minded.

Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
