Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum and educational standards Provide academic advising and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals Conduct research and stay updated on educational best practices and subject matter knowledge Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students Utilize effective teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assess student performance Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher conferences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus State teaching certification or licensure with Endorsement in English Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues Ability to develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans tailored to student needs Experience in private school settings is preferred Proficiency in academic advising, lesson planning, proofreading, and student assessment If you are passionate about education, possess the required qualifications, and are dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment for high school students, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding High School Teacher position.
