We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated member of the Middle School team.

Responsibilities include:

Desire to lead and mentor students at the Middle school level Teaching English 6 and Preparing Students for the NYS Testing Program Working with the CommonLit 360 Curriculum, with freedom to make choices around what will prepare students for the NYS test and for high school Focus on NYS standards Teach both on grade level instruction and intervention periods Create and maintain connections and communication with students and families Working with grade level and department teams Mentor a small group of students Opportunities to lead school wide activities Ideal candidates will possess New York State certification for ELA grades 7-12th. Candidates with out-of-state certification will be considered. Experience is preferred but not required.
