Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, qualified ELA Educator committed to academic excellence and student development for our upper grade levels (5th-12th grade). The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, student-centered lessons, possess strong classroom management skills, and embody our school's commitment to core Islamic values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging, student-centered ELA lesson plans tailored for upper grades.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and caring classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Maintain high standards of academic excellence and effective classroom management.
  • Integrate core values of faith, knowledge, and discipline into daily instruction.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff regarding student progress. Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required (Master's degree preferred).
    Experience:
    Teaching experience in upper grades (5th-12th grade).
      Certification:
      Certification in ELA (New York State certification preferred).
        Skills:
        Strong content knowledge, instructional abilities, and excellent classroom management.
