Engagement Type:

Independent Contractor Agreement with The Faculty Online Learning Group What We're Looking For Essential Requirements Native-level or highly proficient English communication skills (C1/C2 level). Fluent Portuguese speaker. Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English online or in a traditional classroom environment. Accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification (120 hours or more). Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education, or a related field (completed or currently in progress). Familiarity with CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment practices. Strong digital literacy and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Clear criminal record. Technical Requirements Computer Intel® Core™ i5 processor (or equivalent) running at 2.40GHz or higher. Minimum 8GB RAM. Internet Reliable fibre internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds. Wired LAN connection required. Power Backup UPS or alternative backup power solution capable of supporting equipment for 4-5 hours is highly recommended. Teaching Equipment Noise-cancelling headset with microphone. HD webcam (720p or higher). Quiet, professional, and well-lit teaching environment suitable for online instruction.
