The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and supporting students in improving their English language skills. This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse learners in various educational settings. The instructor will utilize innovative teaching methods and learning technology to enhance student success and promote literacy and language development. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive ESL lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels and learning needs Utilize curriculum development strategies to create effective instructional materials Incorporate classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and regular feedback Integrate learning technology tools to facilitate interactive lessons and enhance engagement Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school activities, and educational administration tasks Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress reports Requirements Proven experience working with students in classroom settings Strong knowledge of classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development Familiarity with learning technology platforms and standardized testing procedures Demonstrated writing skills for lesson documentation and student evaluations
