In this on-site role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons focused on business English, professional writing, presentations, and everyday workplace communication for adult learners. You will assess skill levels, track progress, and tailor instruction to individual and departmental needs. Partner with HR and managers to align training with performance goals and help employees communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently in a high-expectation, customer-focused setting. Deliver high-quality English lessons to adult learners focused on business communication, grammar, writing, and presentation skills. Assess language proficiency, track progress, and adjust instruction to meet individual and group learning goals. Develop and adapt lesson plans, curricula, and training materials aligned with Uline's operational and customer-focused environment. Provide coaching on professional email, reports, meetings, and phone communication for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with managers and HR to schedule classes, identify training needs, and support employee development plans. Use assessments, feedback, and testing tools to measure learning outcomes and report results. Maintain structured, on-time classes in a fast-paced setting, meeting performance and attendance expectations. Support onboarding and ongoing training for employees requiring improved English skills for their roles.
