Planning, supervising, and implementing the program for the class in accordance with the policies and philosophy of Positive Attitudes Working and with the Licensing Standards as imposed by the Department of Children and Family Services, the Office of Head Start and meeting the ITERS requirements in order to maintain the centers ExceleRate requirements.
