The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, supporting creative activities, and helping create a positive and engaging environment for students. The Arts & Enrichment Assistant will work alongside program instructors to support daily activities, help students with projects, prepare materials, and ensure students have a fun and successful after-school experience. Responsibilities Assist instructors with hands-on arts and crafts activities Support students during creative projects and enrichment activities Help prepare, organize, and clean up art materials and classroom spaces Encourage students' creativity, confidence, and participation Assist with classroom routines and student transitions Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment Provide guidance and support to students during activities Work collaboratively with instructors and program staff Qualifications Enjoys working with children in an educational, enrichment, camp, or after-school setting Responsible, patient, and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in arts, crafts, creativity, or youth programming preferred Join us as an Arts & Enrichment Assistant and become a vital part of enriching lives through creative expression!
