Job Description

Position Summary California Baptist University, an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention, invites applications for the following faculty position: Prelicensure Medical Surgical Adjunct Faculty. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and evidence a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service through the integration of the Christian faith and learning. Qualifications A master's degree in nursing is required. An applicant with a nursing undergraduate degree (e.g. BSN ) and enrolled in a graduate program is eligible. Teaching experience preferred. A minimum of one-year direct patient care within the past five years in the designated clinical area is required. Must be eligible for teaching approval by California BRN . Must have an unencumbered California registered nurse license. Teaching Responsibilities Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service activities that support the mission of the College of Nursing and the University.
