Job Summary:

This is an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to see patients with kidney disease in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. Develop and implement treatment plan, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care. Educate patient and their families about kidney health, disease management, and treatment options. Participate in ongoing clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.

$105,185

• $145,000, depending on years of experience as an APP or Nurse Practitioner The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
