Join Our Academic Team! Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty Member to help shape the next generation of physicians in our growing Family Medicine Residency Program . This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with teaching and mentorship in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Highlights include:
Position Highlights Serve as Core Faculty for a 24-resident program. Engage in inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and prenatal care . Participate in curriculum development, resident supervision, and scholarly activities. Work in a 900-bed hospital , home to one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the country. Dedicated recently constructed continuity clinic Access to on-site research support and academic resources. Academic appointment to affiliated medical schools Qualifications MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine . Eligible for Florida medical licensure. Passion for teaching and mentoring residents and medical students Commitment to evidence-based, full-spectrum family medicine. Qualifications:
