Role:
The Department of Nursing invites applications for Obstetrics clinical faculty positions within the BSN Program with Traditional and Accelerated 2nd Degree tracks in a CCNE accredited Program. ‌ E ducate the next generation of OB nurses! N KU has a strong commitment to trans-disciplinary education using the resources of the Health Innovation Center. Help the Department of Nursing to play a significant role in academic innovation as well as impact the health of the region.
Primary Responsibilities :
Faculty responsibilities will include teaching in the clinical area. Teaching responsibilities are limited to clinical education.
Qualifications :
Experience in Obstetrics required. MSN preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse within the past five years. Teaching experience in nursing is desirable. Department clinical faculty specialty needs may vary from semester to semester. Must possess a valid nursing license through the Kentucky or Ohio Boards of Nursing or be eligible for licensure.
